Why is it called 3D Diamante Skin/Case?
Our 3D Diamante series of products features a patent pending technology that gives 2 sensations to users – SEE the sparkles from the stones and FEEL the graphic design with hands.
Is it hard to remove the Skin from my iPhone/iPad?
No, it is fairly easy to remove by gently peeling the Skin off without leaving any residue on the iPhone/iPad. The adhesive layer is sourced from 3M - quality is ensured. Each Skin can be applied and removed repeatedly up to 20 times.
Do the stones come off easily?
There is a special coating on top of the products which greatly reduces the likelihood of stones falling off under normal circumstances. Since there is a printed graphic underneath the stones, even if one stone or two fall off it is not prominent to see the fallen part.
Are there products for gadgets other than iPhone/iPad?
Yes, all our products can be trimmed to fit any gadgets, not limited mobile phones, with a smooth surface. Samsung, HTC, Blackberry, Sony Ericsson, Nokia, Motorola… Please contact us for more details.
What is the material of the stones?
We offer several materials for the choice of stones up to your needs – Acrylic, Rhinestone, Swarovski.
What about purely 3D skins without stones?
Yes, it is optional for applying stones or not. Pricing would be changed in accordance with material used.
Can we have our company's own design?
Yes, apart from the Silver House designs to choose from, you can also provide your designs for us to transform them into our signature 3D Diamante products.
Is the iPad 2 Case compatible with Smart Cover?
Yes, there are cut-outs on the edge of our Case reserved for the hinges of Smart Cover.
What is the minimum order requirement?
There is a minimum order amount of USD 2,000.
Is it possible to mix designs to reach the minimum order requirement?
Yes, the maximum 5 designs can be mixed to reach the minimum order amount of USD 2,000.
Do the prices include packaging?
Yes, a standard packaging is included. Artwork can be customized at no extra cost.
Do your products comply with international standards?
Yes, our products are RoHS compliant, meaning that our products are free from Lead (Pb), Mecury (Hg), Cadmium, (Cd), Hexavalent Chromium (Cr6+), Polybrominated byphenyls (PBB), and Polybrominated diphenyl ether (PDPE).
